Dear Wuye Residents,
As we know the EMBER months are here and the year is fast drawing to an end, we observe that crime seems to be on the rise when criminals may want to reap where they did not sow. This calls for enhanced security measures to be emplaced by all and sundry at their respective offices and residential areas.
Taking advantage of the architecture of Wuye district, the commissioner of police FCT Sunday Babaji has increased the number of vehicles stationed at the flashpoints around the stadium and games village axis with a view to preventing any form of crime and criminality this season as well as enhanced patrol by WUYE Division.
These proactive measures would better be appreciated by the residents by offering relevant information that will also assist the police authorities in crime-fighting. Together we can create a conducive security atmosphere throughout this season.
We must always ensure our surroundings are properly lit up at night. Ensure Lock up of our premises at nighttime or whenever we are not at home. Double-check the Security of our respective homes as well as identify and promptly report any suspicious movement around your neighborhood.
Best Wishes,
Mr. Harison Oruruo.
DPO Wuye.
